Днями, в рамках візиту німецької делегації, відбулася зустріч начальника Генерального штабу Збройних Сил України генерал-майора Андрія Гнатова з Головою Комітету Бундестагу Федеративної Республіки Німеччина з питань оборони Томасом Рьовекампом.
Під час зустрічі генерал-майор Андрій Гнатов поінформував високопосадовця Бундестагу про ситуацію на фронті та потреби Збройних Сил України для відбиття широкомасштабного вторгнення рф.
Начальник Генерального штабу ЗС України зазначив, що ознак зменшення наступальних амбіцій путіна не спостерігається, і щоб зупинити російського агресора, потрібно посилювати комбінований тиск у політичному, економічному та військовому доменах.🤝Сторони обговорили низку питань військового та військово-технічного співробітництва, зокрема вагомі внески Німеччини у діяльність семи коаліцій з розвитку спроможностей Сил оборони України.
Начальник Генштабу ЗС України наголосив на лідерській позиції ФРН у рамках формату “Рамштайн”, у Бронетанковій коаліції та Коаліції інтегрованої протиповітряної і протиракетної оборони.Генерал-майор Андрій Гнатов подякував парламенту, уряду й народу Німеччини за потужну політичну і фінансову підтримку та військову допомогу нашій країні, а також за підготовку українських військовослужбовців на території ФРН.Федеративна Республіка Німеччина залишається найбільшим європейським донором військової допомоги Україні, надавши з лютого 2022 року допомогу на суму близько 28 млрд євро, з яких 5,2 млрд євро – вартість переданих озброєнь і військової техніки зі складів Бундесверу.
Начальник Генерального штабу ЗСУ запевнив, що спільна робота й надалі приноситиме конкретні результати відповідно до національних інтересів Німеччини, України та всієї демократичної Європи.
———————-‐—–⚡️🇺🇦🇩🇪During a recent visit by a German delegation, a meeting was held between Major General Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Thomas Röwekamp, Chairman of the Defence Committee of the German Bundestag.During the meeting, Major General Andrii Hnatov briefed the high-ranking Bundestag official on the front-line situation and the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces to repel russia’s full-scale invasion.
The Chief of the General Staff of the AFU noted that there are no signs of a decrease in putin’s offensive ambitions, and to stop the russian aggressor, it is necessary to strengthen combined pressure in the political, economic, and military domains.
The parties discussed a number of issues related to military and military-technical cooperation, including Germany’s significant contributions to the activities of seven coalitions for developing the capabilities of Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
The Chief of the General Staff of the AFU highlighted Germany’s leading role within the Ramstein format, the Armored Vehicle Coalition, and the Integrated Air and Missile Defence Coalition.Major General Andrii Hnatov thanked the German Parliament, government, and people for their strong political and financial support and military assistance to our country, as well as for training Ukrainian military personnel on German territory.The Federal Republic of Germany remains the largest European donor of military aid to Ukraine, having provided assistance worth approximately €28 billion since February 2022.
Of this amount, €5.2 billion is the value of weapons and military equipment transferred from Bundeswehr stocks.
The Chief of the General Staff of the AFU assured that the joint work would continue to yield concrete results in line with the national interests of Germany, Ukraine, and all of democratic Europe.
