🇳🇴 🇺🇦 Українські та норвезькі спеціалісти з комунікацій обмінялися досвідом під час навчальних курсів / Ukrainian and Norwegian Communication Specialists Shared Experience During Training Courses (ENG below)
За сприяння Уряду Норвегії відбулися навчальні курси для військовослужбовців комунікаційних структур Збройних Сил України. Організаторами заходів виступили Управління стратегічних комунікацій Збройних сил Норвегії (Norwegian Armed Forces Directorate for Strategic Communications) та Головне управління комунікацій Збройних Сил України.
Програма стала продовженням співпраці, започаткованої під час аналогічних курсів, проведених в Україні навесні цього року.
Під час навчання українські військові мали змогу вивчити професійні стандарти та особливості роботи підрозділів комунікації Збройних сил Норвегії. Водночас норвезькі колеги вивчали досвід українських військових, здобутий в умовах повномасштабної війни.
Офіцери, відпрацьовували алгоритми реагування на кризові ситуації, взаємодію із медіа та формування інформаційних повідомлень. Сержанти та солдати зосередилися на створенні фото- та відеоконтенту для потреб військових частин і підрозділів.
Окрему увагу учасники приділили питанням інформаційної безпеки, взаємодії з журналістами, роботі комунікаційних підрозділів у районах бойових дій, а також пошуку балансу між відкритістю суспільству та вимогами безпеки операцій (OPSEC) і мінімізації ризиків розголошення відомостей, що можуть бути використані противником.
Під час практичних занять українські та норвезькі фахівці спільно аналізували медіапродукти, обмінювалися професійними підходами та рекомендаціями щодо підготовки ефективного комунікаційного контенту.
Як зазначив під час виступу перед учасниками курсу та норвезькими інструкторами начальник Головного управління комунікацій ЗС України полковник Богдан Сеник, всі знання й навички, що були отримані під час курсу від норвезьких колег, знайдуть застосування у практичній роботі комунікаційних підрозділів українських частин та з’єднань, та робитимуть значний внесок у досягнення перемоги над ворогом.
Начальник Головного управління комунікацій ЗС України подякував норвезьким колегам за змістовні програми курсів та вручив начальнику Управління стратегічних комунікацій Збройних сил Норвегії бригадному генералу Крістіану Оверлі відзнаку Головнокомандувача Збройних Сил України «За сприяння війську».
За підсумками курсу військові комунікаційники отримали сучасні медіакомплекти для фото- та відеовиробництва. Обладнання вже передано до військових частин і використовуватиметься комунікаційними підрозділами під час виконання службових завдань.

Ukrainian and Norwegian Communication Specialists Shared Experience During Training Courses
With the support of the Government of Norway, training courses were held for service members of the communication structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The events were organized by the Norwegian Armed Forces Directorate for Strategic Communications and the General Directorate of Public Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The programme continued the cooperation initiated during similar courses held in Ukraine in the spring of this year.
During the training, Ukrainian service members had the opportunity to study the professional standards and operational specifics of the Norwegian Armed Forces' communication units. At the same time, their Norwegian colleagues learned from the Ukrainian military's experience gained in the conditions of a full-scale war.
Officers practiced response procedures for crisis situations, interaction with the media, and the development of information messages. Sergeants and soldiers focused on creating photo and video content for the needs of military units and formations.
Special attention was paid to information security, cooperation with journalists, the work of communication units in combat areas, as well as finding a balance between openness to society and the requirements of operational security (OPSEC), including minimizing the risks of disclosing information that could be used by the enemy.
During practical sessions, Ukrainian and Norwegian specialists jointly analyzed media products, exchanged professional approaches, and shared recommendations on preparing effective communication content.
Addressing the course participants and Norwegian instructors, Chief of the General Directorate of Public Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Colonel Bohdan Senyk noted that all knowledge and skills acquired from Norwegian colleagues during the course would be applied in the practical work of communication units of Ukrainian military units and formations and would make a significant contribution to achieving victory over the enemy.
The Chief of the General Directorate of Public Communications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanked the Norwegian colleagues for the comprehensive course programme and presented the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s award “For Support to the Armed Forces” to Brigadier General Christian Øverli, Director of the Norwegian Armed Forces Directorate for Strategic Communications.
Following the course, military communication specialists received modern media kits for photo and video production. The equipment has already been delivered to military units and will be used by communication units while performing their official duties.
