⚡️🇺🇦🇳🇴 Збройні Сили України та Норвегії посилюють співпрацю у сфері військових комунікацій
Головне управління комунікацій Збройних Сил України спільно з норвезькими партнерами провело фахові курси для офіцерів підрозділів комунікацій командувань видів, окремих родів військ (сил) ЗС України, корпусів та бригад.
Основною метою двох заходів стало вдосконалення практичних навичок планування та проведення інформаційно-комунікаційних кампаній. Під час навчання особливу увагу приділили питанням взаємодії з медіа, виконанню завдань у сфері зв’язків із громадськістю та роботі в соціальних мережах. Учасники курсів отримали посібники з медіаграмотності, підготовлені за підтримки видавництва "Наш формат".
Безпосередня участь норвезьких фахівців у навчальному процесі в межах посилення системи стратегічних комунікацій дала змогу обмінятися набутим досвідом та закласти основу для довгострокового партнерства між комунікаційними структурами Збройних Сил України і Норвегії.
Важливою частиною співпраці став візит до України делегації на чолі з начальником Управління стратегічних комунікацій ЗС Королівства Норвегії бригадним генералом Ейстейном Кварвінгом. Начальник Головного управління комунікацій ЗС України полковник Богдан Сеник ознайомив норвезьких партнерів з ключовими напрямами діяльності та здобутками Головного управління та підпорядкованого Медіацентру. Зокрема, гостям представили зразки друкованої й аудіовізуальної продукції та методичні напрацювання.
Також бригадний генерал Ейстейн Кварвінг відвідав Національний університет оборони України, де поспілкувався зі слухачами Інституту стратегічних комунікацій та ознайомився з навчально-матеріальною базою закладу.
Збройні Сили України висловлюють щиру вдячність Збройним Силам та Уряду Королівства Норвегія за послідовну всебічну підтримку, яка стала одним із стовпів стійкості України в боротьбі з російським агресором. Ми високо цінуємо внесок Норвегії в підготовку українських військовослужбовців у межах багатонаціональної операції INTERFLEX, а також спеціалізованих тренувальних місій ELLISIV, GUNGNE та LEGIO, що надали ЗС України важливі підходи й методики ведення сучасної війни. Системне надання сучасного озброєння, матеріально-технічна допомога та активна співпраця у сфері військових комунікацій не лише посилюють наші спроможності сьогодні, а й формують надійний фундамент для подальшої інтеграції України до НАТО.
⚡️🇳🇴🇺🇦 The Armed Forces of Ukraine and Norway strengthen cooperation in the field of military communications.
The General Directorate of Public Affairs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with Norwegian partners, ran professional training courses for officers of communications units from the armed services, branches and arms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as from corps and brigades.
The primary objective of the two events was to strengthen practical skills in planning and conducting information and communication campaigns. During the training, particular attention was paid to media engagement, the execution of public affairs tasks, and work in social media. Course participants received media literacy guides prepared with the support of the publishing house Nash Format.
The direct involvement of Norwegian specialists in the training process, as part of strengthening the strategic communications system, enabled the sharing of practical experience and provided a foundation for long-term partnership between the communications structures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Norway.
An important element of the cooperation was the visit to Ukraine by a delegation led by Chief of Strategic Communications of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Norway, Brigadier General Eystein Kvarving. Chief of the General Directorate of Public Affairs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Bohdan Senyk, briefed the Norwegian partners on the key areas of activity and achievements of the Directorate and Media Centre. In particular, the guests were presented with examples of printed and audiovisual products, as well as methodological materials.
Brigadier General Eystein Kvarving also visited the National Defence University of Ukraine, where he met with representatives of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and got familiarized with the activities of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine express their sincere gratitude to the Armed Forces and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway for their consistent and comprehensive support, which has become one of the key factors in Ukraine's resilience in its fight against russian aggression. We highly value Norway’s contribution to the training of Ukrainian service members within the multinational Operation INTERFLEX, as well as the specialised training missions ELLISIV, GUNGNE, and LEGIO, which have provided the Armed Forces of Ukraine with important approaches and methodologies for conducting modern warfare. The systematic provision of modern weaponry, material and technical assistance, and active cooperation in the field of military communications not only strengthen our capabilities today, but also form a strong foundation for Ukraine's further integration into NATO.
