🔥 On 2 November, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine neutralised another heavy flamethrower system of the russian aggressor. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the russian army has lost a total of 138 such systems.
These include the TOS-1 Buratino, TOS-1A Solntsepyok, TOS-2 Tosochka and TOS-3 Drakon, which fire thermobaric or incendiary munitions that generate a blast wave and extreme heat over a wide area. These systems are designed to engage personnel, shelters, fortifications and light armoured vehicles. Each such loss therefore reduces the enemy’s firepower during assaults on our positions.
